Saver's Credit

The Saver's Credit (Retirement Savings Contributions Credit) is a nonrefundable credit for lower- and moderate-income taxpayers who contribute to a retirement account such as an IRA or 401(k). The credit rate depends on income and filing status, and the thresholds adjust annually. It rewards saving on top of any deduction.
